Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the safe delivery of various projects. This will involve working on projects that include major maintenance upgrades, structural remediation and operational improvement projects.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Superintendent/Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This is a key role in our organization and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering
* Project engineering/management qualification/accreditation, such as Prince2
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project engineering roles
* Understanding of WHS management systems and demonstrated commitment to health and safety
* Experience in researching and understanding complex technical information to develop and implement business solutions
* Able to work effectively with multiple disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical) to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Proficiency with project management software and knowledge of design tools
