* Lead the development of a major OEM customer in Sweden.
* Develop and execute a sales plan to grow OEM business.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, representing ABB's product portfolio.
* Collaborate with the sales team to share opportunities and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proactive, self-motivated, and structured approach.
* Fluent in Swedish and English.
* Results-oriented with experience in managing long sales cycles and complex OEM sales.
* A degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical) or relevant experience in technical sales, project management, or automation, with knowledge of motors, drives, and PLCs.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to develop customer relationships at all levels.
