About The Role
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You will work alongside a Director of Service to ensure you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
* Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
* Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
* Support ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations.
* Play and have fun with children.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education (training provided).
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still has a childlike spirit.
* Is a confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
* Is a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
* Is passionate about creating enriching experiences for children.
* Energetic and enthusiastic with a love for having fun.
