The Role
We are looking for a motivated Client Lead to oversee a portfolio of clients and guide the delivery of their food delivery optimisation strategies. You will manage client relationships, coordinate work across internal teams, and lead two assistants who will support the day-to-day management of your accounts.
This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, grow their skills and work closely with a team of strategists and operators. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Oversight
Manage a group of hospitality clients and ensure they receive consistent support, insights, and performance recommendations from our team.
Team Coordination
Work with our internal team to deliver daily operational tasks and client updates. Provide clear direction and ensure high-quality output.
Food Delivery Optimisation
Implement strategies that improve visibility, conversion and revenue performance across Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog.
Performance Monitoring
Review performance metrics, identify trends and provide insights that highlight opportunities for growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Partner with our creative, strategy and operations teams to deliver menu improvements, marketing initiatives, and platform optimisations.
Client Success and Retention
Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication, structured reporting and a focus on results.

What We Are Looking For
* Great communication skills across email, calls, and meetings
* Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients
* Interest in digital marketing, food delivery, hospitality
* Comfortable reviewing data and identifying actionable insights
* A positive and proactive approach to learning and growing
* Experience with Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Menulog is helpful but not required
