Asset Data Manager Position
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Asset Data Manager to join our team in the City's Strategic Asset Management division.
Job Description:
* Implement asset management best practices through efficient and accurate management of asset data.
* Contribute to the overall effective operation of the Strategic Asset Management team by undertaking quality and integrity improvements to asset and spatial data, assisting in the development of data models for reporting purposes, collaborating with internal teams on field inspections, investigations, audits etc., maintaining high standards for information accuracy.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
To be successful as an Asset Data Manager, you must possess excellent skills in completing complex projects; pertinent background experience is vital. You also need relevant certifications like C class national driver's licence, or advanced diplomas from related disciplines along with adequate time spent working within local government organizations managing infrastructure assets effectively. Additionally,a propensity towards analysing multiple sources at once will make this position appealing too! Furthermore,you should have previous experience using database systems specifically designed around GIS environments including some exposure toward software integration processes preferably leveraging big datasets efficiently without causing system crashes alongside proficient communication abilities enabling collaborative work outcomes amongst diverse employee groups supporting seamless day-to-day operations across multifaceted services respectively contributing positively impacting residents well-being service enhancement.',
