We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Clinical Dietitian to join our Allied Health team at National Capital Private Hospital. As a Clinical Dietitian you will make an impact by providing thorough nutrition assessment and intervention to patients enabling them to meet their nutritional requirements for recovery and improve their health outcomes. You will Provide a high standard of clinical care to patients Work in partnership with Management, Nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide assessment and evidence based interventions Provide dietary counseling and education to a variety of different patient populations Contribute to service development and quality improvement Essential Criteria: Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia Recent acute care clinical dietetics knowledge and experience Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Desirable Criteria: Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Respect and work well with others to achieve goals Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with Embrace change and seek ways to improve service Are motivated by personal growth and accountability The National Capital Private Hospital is a modern, progressive acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation hospital of 152 beds located in the southern suburbs of Canberra.
