Over a decade of our busy rooftop venue in the heart of the ever so popular Nobby Beach. Our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction has made us a favourite dining and event destination for locals and visitors alike.
What We're Looking For:
* Comprehensively take control and lead the bar operations in our Nobby Beach venue
* Provide exceptional customer service for our guests always
* Able to demonstrate an extensive understanding and knowledge of tequilas, mezcals, cocktails, beer and wine
* Someone who loves creating new cocktails for customers, with a focus on tequila and mezcal and wine
* Ability to lead and motivate your team each service to a high standard
* Great interpersonal skills and discussing all things Mexican / Latin American drinks (and food) with our customers
* Experience controlling stock and ordering
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player attitude and willingness to collaborate
* Previous FOH experience, including serving, opening / closing / cashing off will be advantageous
