Job Description
The role roll undertakes pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices.
We are looking for candidates with experience in MEP cost planning, measuring, quantifying, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.
Tender analysis experience
Measuring, Quantifying and Commercial Management experience
Procurement and contract advisory experience
Commercial reporting experience
Variation assessment experience
Team training and best practice
Qualifications
RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree
