Business Solutions Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
* Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
* Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
* Participate in solution design discussions and provide input on technical feasibility.
* Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for system changes and issues.
* Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and perform UAT support.
* Develop automated end-to-end and regression test cases.
* Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
* Coordinate with QA, developers, and product managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Prepare master, transaction and configuration data.
* Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
* Engage in practical on-site problem solving. Present findings and recommendations to working groups.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and wireframing tools.
* Ability to read and write basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, system integrations, across master and transaction data.
* Demonstrated experience with analytical data platforms.
* Experience in logistics industry is an advantage.
