We seek a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, delivering expert support for business-critical applications and workflows.
* Provide advanced technical assistance for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
* Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
* Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.
* Work closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve complex problems.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
