Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Sydney Airport branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor branch performance

About You:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in car rental or related industry
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
