As the trusted partner to the executive team, you will manage high volume diaries, coordinate travel and events, prepare polished presentations, and act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. A key part of the role includes supporting residential sales coordination, from scheduling buyer appointments and preparing sales collateral to assisting with launch events and tracking leads.
Job Description
* Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.
* Prepare meeting packs, presentations and confidential documents.
* Support residential sales administration: inquiries, appointments, collateral and event coordination.
* Act as gatekeeper for stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
* Maintain organised filing systems and assist with ad‑hoc project tasks.
The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years' experience as an EA or in senior administrative support.
* Background in property development, real estate or professional services highly regarded.
* Strong marketing and presentation skills; experience with residential sales coordination is a plus.
* Advanced MS Office proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools advantageous.
* Highly organised, proactive, discreet and possessing superior communication skills.
