About You
* Must have a current Forklift licence
* Must have Supervisor experience
* Computer proficent and Customer Service Skills highly regarded
* Have the ability to pass a Police check and drug & alcohol test
* Be available to start immediately
* Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions
* The ability to work as part of the team or independently
* Comfortable with heavy lifting
* Available Monday - Friday

About The Role
This role requires strong leadership in health and safety, ensuring all activities align with company policy and the Safety Management System. Key duties include supervising and coordinating yard and maintenance staff, leading maintenance and inspection teams to uphold fleet standards, and overseeing daily yard operations such as loading, unloading, and project preparation.
The position also involves managing stock control initiatives, conducting regular checks, and liaising with sales and office teams to guarantee timely and complete order delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized yard and warehouse, assisting with stocktaking, and ensuring courteous interactions with customers, visitors, and drivers.
A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and supporting overall branch operations is essential, alongside the flexibility to undertake any reasonable tasks directed by management.
