Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - Other Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary 12 Month Contract Perth - Full Time - Onsite - Associate Deliver service to the diversified business operations of PwC and to our Clients Work collaboratively across the various Enabling Functions Teams that provide support to our front of house operations About the Role Our Workplaces team is expanding and we’re looking for a Welcome Crew to join our vast community of solvers. The Workplaces team brings our purpose to life by working at the very heart of our business as innovators across all administration and service areas relating to PwC’s Client floors. The team is responsible for managing reception and welcome crew services at PwC offices/sites and providing client meeting room support. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Customer Service Booking Management Operational Coordination Attention to Detail Effective Communication In our Workplaces team, your impact will be seen by: Providing customer service and support through phone, walk-ins, and email, assisting partners, staff, and clients with inquiries and bookings Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and exceptional experiences Collaborating with PwC hosts and bookers to enhance client experience, ensuring professional service and support during meetings, including administrative tasks Maintaining system data integrity, report maintenance issues, and undertake necessary reporting, while understanding office operations to refer queries appropriately Identifying areas for improvement and engage in change initiatives, ensuring proper presentation of facilities at all times and handling ad hoc duties related to room refurbishment and catering About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
