We're now looking for a Sales Representative to support our growth strategy and help us expand market share across Melbourne's western suburbs and beyond.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead to close Develop strong relationships with customers and construction professionals Provide technical advice and tailored solutions Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Skills & Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills Sales experience, ideally including field sales and account management Experience with made-to-order or construction products (preferred) Technically minded and solution-focused Motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented Organised and results-focused, with attention to detail What We Offer: $60k–$80k base salary + super + uncapped commission Fast-tracked career progression in a growing company A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Real impact helping customers create better homes Apply now to join a passionate team committed to building a better future—one window and door at a time.
