* Full time opportunity – 75 hours per fortnight
* Salary from $86,000 FTE including superannuation

Responsibilities
* Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members
* Proactively connect members needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
* Deliver complex home lending solutions – including but not limited to Construction/Building Loans, Investment Lending and First Home Buyer applications – ensuring they understand the features, benefits, fees, charges, terms and conditions, and overall value created from the products and services presented
* Assist members with unsecured lending options, including personal loans and credit cards, providing clear information on terms, conditions, and repayment plans
* Proactively engage with members via phone to identify, understand, and address their banking needs with appropriate solutions
* Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
* Manage member bank accounts, including opening, closing, overseeing transactions and completing loan rate or product variations
* Proactively assist members to identify short, medium, long-term needs and aspirations, and act on this information through proficient use of Banking Reviews and future follow ups
* Provide timely advice on our range of financial products and services, offer personal banking solutions that meet members' needs and are relevant to their life stage goals utilising the Beyond Bank Exceed model
* Ensure members understand features, benefits, fees and charges, terms and conditions and overall value created from the products and services you present
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member
First 6 months

* Help our Members meet their Financial Goals: Be relentless in reaching out to our members to help understand their goals and help them achieve these through offering account and lending solutions and identifying ways for them to budget better.
* Build Lasting Relationships: Foster lasting customer relationships and serve the local community with enthusiasm. Learn to describe products and match them to customer needs.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Excel in achieving individual performance targets by mastering scorecards across key areas such as member satisfaction, engagement, sales, and more.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in home lending essential
* Banking or Financial services experience essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* A passion for building lasting relationships and serving the local community
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
