About the Role
This role provides technical support across various applications, operating systems, and hardware through our Access helpdesk system. The position involves coordination of equipment upgrades for office staff as well as provision of maintenance, break-fix solutions.
Members of this team effectively communicate with all business areas regarding service notifications, updates on service failures along with user training information and guidance.
* Fundamental IT tasks include installing/upgrading workstations/laptops/desktop software/applications/internet connections/network/phone cabling MS Software communication integration backups/printers/phone system/multiple server platforms
