* Perform software and hardware break-fix tasks.
* Configure and administer network devices.
* Assist with dispatch/adhoc requirements as needed.

Requirements:

* Experience with firewall replacement and handling desktop/network issues.
* Ability to install and upgrade operating systems.
* Software and hardware break-fix skills.
* Well-versed network engineer (CCNA or above certification preferred).
* Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration.
* Ability to install and administer MS Office.

Tools and Equipment:

* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights.
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45).
* Laptop with Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, and other necessary tools installed.

This is an on-call basis role for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client.
