An opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Civil Superintendent
to join a well established civil contractor delivering projects across Perth, Geraldton, the Midwest and Kalgoorlie regions.
This is a senior, hands on leadership role overseeing multiple civil projects concurrently and managing large site teams. The position offers long term stability for the right individual.
*The Role:*
* Perth or Geraldton based
* DIDO role with travel across multiple WA sites
* Company vehicle provided (reasonable private use included)
* Oversight of 10-15 projects simultaneously
* Management of approximately personnel
* Predominantly site based with some office and reporting requirements
* Monday to Friday role with flexibility for weekend work as required.
Projects span MRWA works, major resource clients and regional civil infrastructure.
About You:
You will be a proven civil leader who has worked their way up from the tools and understands site operations inside and out.
Key Experience:
* years experience in civil construction
* Strong exposure to MRWA scopes
* Detailed civil earthworks background
* Project and resource planning expertise
* Experience managing large workforces across multiple sites
Personal Attributes:
* Strong knowledge of plant and machinery
* Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
* Solutions focused and proactive
* Ambitious and capable of taking ownership of the role
* Comfortable balancing site presence with office based work
* Competent with Microsoft and reporting systems
Qualifications & Requirements
* S26 or Section 44
* Certificate III in Civil Construction
* Operator background
* C Class Driver's Licence
* Clean national Police Clearance

* Salary up to $220,000 depending on experience
