What You'll Do
* Assist in the management of off‐fleet vehicles and mechanical incidents
* Oversee after‐sales service bookings and customer recoveries
* Review and approve repair quotations and purchase orders
* Coordinate part orders and supplier qualifications
* Manage disposal of wrecked vehicles and recall campaigns
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Support operational duties, including driving, as required
Skills and Experience
* Background in the motor industry (mechanical or panel experience preferred)
* Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, and warranty processes
* Proficient in computer systems and record keeping
* Understanding of budgets and profit & loss reporting
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence
