A unique opportunity now exists for an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner** to join our team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our HR Operations, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational capability. You will work closely with our talented HR team and business leaders to create a positive and productive workplace.
Located at our Head Office in Richmond (with a relocation to Hawthorn on the horizon), this is a true HR Generalist role, where you will partner with the business to provide HR advisory expertise to employees and operational leaders, employment and industrial relations advice and support and lead people projects.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- **Strategic HR Partnership** - collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organisational success
- **Employee Engagement & Culture** - foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that boost motivation, collaboration and retention
- **Employee Relations & Compliance** - act as a trusted advisor, ensuring fair and compliant HR practices while resolving employee concerns effectively
- **HR Policies & Procedures Expertise** - provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across NHP
- **HR Communication & Awareness** - lead internal HR communication efforts to ensure employee and leaders are well-informed about HR Programs, policies and initiatives
- **HR Projects & Process Improvements** - lead HR projects and collaborate with the wider HR team to implement procedures and drive continuous process improvements
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Proven HRBP experience - at least 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated HR knowledge across Employee/Industrial Relations particularly within AUS & NZ
- Experience in sensitively, confidentially and fairly managing people issues with solid knowledge of the legal parameters of the employment relationship
- A confident communicator with proven ability to engage, coach and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements
- A positive person who is a team player and hands-on
