Distillery Sales & Experience Host

Beyond Distilling is a Busselton-based craft distillery and one of the very few distilleries in Australia that produces spirits entirely from raw materials. We pride ourselves on authenticity, quality, and hands-on experiences that connect people to how great spirits are truly made.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our distillery team in a customer-facing, hands-on role.
About the Role
This is a varied and engaging position that combines sales, hospitality, and distillery operations. Duties will include:
* Assisting with sales from the distillery cellar door
* Hosting and running distillery masterclasses
* Facilitating "Make Your Own Gin" experiences
* Serving tastings to guests
* Packing and dispatching customer orders
* Assisting with day-to-day distillery operations as required
Hours
* Approximately 38 hours per week
* Weekend work required
* No night shifts
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Current RSA and Approved Manager certification
* Experience in customer service (hospitality essential)
* Ideally, experience or strong interest in wine or spirits production
* Existing accommodation in Busselton
* Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
