The People Business Partner role is a vital position within our organisation, requiring an individual with exceptional human resources expertise to provide operational and strategic advice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering key business relationships, building credibility and trust across the business. They will also interpret the SEW Employees Enterprise Agreement and relevant industrial legislation, providing guidance on employee and industrial relations.

* Partnering with relevant business areas to develop and implement HR strategies, projects, policies, and procedures
* Fostering key business relationships and building credibility and trust
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in providing Human Resources/IR/ER advice in a unionised environment
* Experience managing industrial related employee cases, including disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance resolution
* Significant knowledge and direct application of employment legislation
