About the Role
The Principal will lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
This involves upholding the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life, and setting high standards for student and staff performance.
Responsibilities
* Developing a Shared Educational Vision: Prioritize quality learning outcomes for all students, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
* Nurturing Positive Relationships: Foster supportive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders to create a collaborative school environment.
* Educating and Supporting Teachers: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs, ensuring teacher growth and development.
* Embedding Socially Just Practices: Promote inclusivity and respect through school policies and procedures, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
* Setting Ambitious Goals: Drive student achievement by setting challenging targets and monitoring progress to ensure the school meets its objectives.
