Business Development Manager - Laser Cutting & Press Brake Services Axis Laser is a privately owned and operated company based in Henderson WA, focused on providing our customers with on time, quality laser cutting and bending solutions.
We utilise the latest fiber laser cutting and bending technologies, partnered with machine automation to reduce lead times and support local manufacturing.
With the addition of a new 15kw Bystronic fiber laser, further expanding our capacity and capabilities, we are seeking a full time Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for new business development and sales success, further developing our diverse customer base, identifying new markets and opportunities.
This role is for an immediate start, with a competitive salary package and opportunity for growth.
Essential Skills, Experience and Attributes: Proven experience in a Business Development/Sales role Understanding of steel processing and/or manufacturing preferred, but not essential Strong customer focus, with confidence and capability to cold call and target new avenues of growth Excellent, honest and clear communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team The ability to effectively create a business development strategy, manage priorities and tailor customer solutions Work closely with the internal sales and production teams, to service existing and new client leads Understand industry trends and market conditions Confidently represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and conferences to enhance visibility and positive reputation This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, innovative and growing business, with potential career progression.
