Project Director
This is a leadership role where you will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects.
* Ensure timely completion, adhere to scope, and maintain budget requirements.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project objectives.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
* Degree in Construction Management or Project Management (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations.
* Australian Standards, Building Certification process, and best practices knowledge.
* Effective verbal & written communication skills.
* Ability to write and manage construction programs.
* Local experience in construction management and Australian citizenship are mandatory requirements.
