Front Desk Associate Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive first impression of our organization. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

* Welcome and greet visitors, manage reception duties, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Provide quality information and services face-to-face, via telephone, and email, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external customers.
* Liaise with other business units to resolve client issues and stay updated on services, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and monitor general inboxes, maintaining accurate records and efficiently handling correspondence.
* Assist with administrative functions for meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
* Maintain accurate financial records, including petty cash and reconciliations, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ensure adequate supplies of consumables and support equipment management, promoting a productive work environment.

About You:

* You must hold an unencumbered Class C Driver's License.
* You must hold or be willing to obtain: A Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable, along with relevant education and training.
* Experience working in direct customer service within an administration environment is essential.
* You must have a working knowledge of social media and professional management of external communication platforms.
* You should possess an energetic, willing, and 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
