The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our National Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders to source exceptional talent for your role, engage in special projects and proactive sourcing.

Your Role
You will play a pivotal role in business partnering, promoting our employee brand and contributing to wider People and Culture initiatives. You will service our thriving Victorian Workers Compensation function.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
* Act as a thought leader in recruitment best practice and market knowledge sharing insights and intel with the business.
* Create innovative solutions to attract top talent, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal promotion initiatives and other advertising.
* Contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives by sharing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
* Coordinate and promote assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects.
Requirements
* Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent sourcing roles. Exposure to the insurance or financial services sectors is highly regarded but not essential.
* A creative and value-add approach to recruitment and attraction processes, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intelligence.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms.
* A strong sense of teamwork and a hunger to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines.
