What you bring?
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team at the Erindale Leisure Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with diverse client groups, including beginners, athletes, older adults, and those with specific health goals.
You should be driven to grow your client base, with a proactive attitude toward member engagement. Our Health Club thrives on community, results, and innovation—so we’re looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a personal touch to every session. You’ll be expected to contribute to the overall member experience, support gym floor operations.

We provide leads to help you convert members into long-term clients, giving you a strong foundation to grow yourself within our brand. You’ll also have the opportunity bring your unique style and programming to life within our Health Club. Key Accountabilities
Run an on boarding program (training provided)Run and grow gym floor functional training classesMaintain and upkeep gym floor and equipment
Skills & Attributes
Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.Certificate IV in Fitness (Cert III desirable) Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity AustraliaCurrent Senior First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateValid Working with Children CheckAgree to undergo police check as part of the employment processDriven to success with friendly can-do attitudeAvailability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
