About the Role:
* Foster collaboration between schools, community partners, and government agencies to deliver locally responsive strategies
* Connect community partners with key school personnel and connect key school staff with external organizations
* Lead precinct projects and working parties to develop and implement key initiatives
* Understand and address barriers to accessing education for young people and their families
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with First Nations communities, government agencies, and community groups
* Work closely with school leaders to develop and implement integrated strategies for student engagement and belonging
* Liaise with external organizations to support student success and well-being
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local community and be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
