Operations Manager Ground Floor is a leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational and clinical leadership, providing strategic planning to ensure the safe delivery of care.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key qualifications include registration as a registered nurse with post graduate qualifications in mental health and a minimum of 5 years experience in a management position.
