Job Summary
As a Senior Finance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding BCR's global client base.
You will identify, engage, and advise potential clients on financial products, while fostering long-term relationships and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key duties include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
The role also involves maintaining records of activities, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and networking.
Present and explain CFD products and services to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensuring a smooth client experience, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Achieve and exceed personal targets and team performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements for All Applicants
Proactive self-starter and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements for Preferred Applicants
RG146 Certification in Generic Knowledge, Foreign Exchange and Derivatives.
Bilingual or multi-lingual.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
