About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Ward Clerk to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service across the two Launceston private hospitals.
Reporting to the Patient Administration Manager, the Ward Clerk plays a key role in liaising with staff, patients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service across the various wards and units.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
