We are seeking a Claims Service Consultant to join our team.
* Review and identify claims that don't fall within policy scope to ensure correct outcome.
* Liaise with stakeholders on outcomes and dispute resolution.
* Prepare documentation for stakeholders when required.
* Develop customer relationships to meet their needs and deliver positive experiences.
* Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations to recommend policy changes.
Our ideal candidate has demonstrated claims management experience in complex environments, optimising business value through high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
They possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines, have a high attention to detail, and are proficient in systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
They will also have the ability to balance understanding, empathy, and compassion with achieving optimal commercial outcomes.
