This is an exciting opportunity to shape our channel programme from scratch — identifying, recruiting, and nurturing partnerships that will drive real impact and growth.
* Recruit and Activate Partners: Identify, approach, and onboard new partners within the ERP ecosystem, helping them understand and champion our value proposition.
* Drive Results: Generate qualified leads and new demo opportunities through partner channels, contributing directly to business objectives.
* Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with VARs and partners.
Requirements:
* 3–6 years' experience in channel or partner management within the ERP space (ideally NetSuite or SAP B1).
* A balanced skillset of relationship-building and result-driven skills.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build programmes from the ground up.
