About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership, acute care oversight, staff training, clinical reviews, and compliance support across our services. This is a Casual role (10–20 hours per week), ideal for a nurse who enjoys mentoring, governance, and supporting best-practice care without the demands of a full-time clinical position. The role works closely with management and frontline staff in a collaborative, collegiate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced clinical support with a focus on acute care assessment and escalation
* Deliver clinical leadership aligned with organisational values and behaviours
* Conduct staff training, education, and clinical mentoring
* Complete clinical reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities
* Review care plans, clinical documentation, and medication management practices
* Support NDIS audit readiness and ongoing compliance
* Provide guidance to staff in complex or changing clinical situations
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Provide limited direct clinical input where required to support safe care delivery
