About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC technician to join our team Malaga as a Technical Service Engineer This is an opportunity to show off your HVAC technical knowledge on things like VRF systems and inverter technology; you will be relied upon to support and troubleshoot technical issues for our local and national customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll be the technical expert our customers and service partners rely on. You'll use your hands-on HVAC experience to troubleshoot issues, support service agents and ensure our systems are installed, commissioned and supported to the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert technical support for MHIAA air conditioning products across Australia and New Zealand
* Supporting Service Agents with spare parts selection, troubleshooting, commissioning advice and technical queries via phone and email
* Participating in, overseeing and supervising site visits and on-site commissioning to ensure projects are delivered successfully
* Managing and processing warranty claim orders accurately and efficiently
* Delivering technical product training sessions to internal teams and external partners
What You'll Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in HVAC Including certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Current refrigerant handling license and restricted electrical license. (Mandatory)
* Significant experience in service, repair, and diagnostics within the HVAC industry.
* A strong track record of fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent time management abilities.
* Expertise with VRF and inverter technology, and deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
