About us: The Capricorn Coast Mental Health team is located in Yeppoon. The service provides specialised mental health services for the population of Yeppoon, Emu Park, Keppel Sands, Byfield and the surrounding areas. The Adult Community Team provides a service in outpatient and home settings, through a range of community mental health interventions including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultations and referral for adults from the Capricorn Coast area. About the role: The Consult Liaison Officer will engage in comprehensive consumer focussed mental health consultation, assessment, intervention and training to ensure seamless care for consumers between Mental Health, local public hospitals, and the primary health and community sector.
