This role is perfect for a passionate and motivated individual who wants to make a real impact.

You'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of innovative products, focusing on top clients like Natbuild and IHG (Mitre 10/Home Hardware) amongst others.

Your mission is to generate demand, expand market reach, and build lasting relationships that fuel growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Championing a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety within the organisation.
* Managing a diverse customer base while seizing new sales opportunities.
* Planning and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize growth potential.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
* Hitting key targets for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition through product promotion.
* Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering expert knowledge on innovative products and tailoring solutions to meet unique client needs.
* Keeping clients ahead of the curve by communicating the latest industry trends.


What You Bring to the Table

* A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships.
* Strategic thinking and a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
* A passion for sales, with experience in account management or business development.
* A collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a dynamic team to drive growth.
* Experience in the hardware, building, and construction industry is a plus.
* Located in South East Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast).
