Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a casual merchandiser. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Representing Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and negotiating, selling & building displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
* Working autonomously with support from a Territory Sales Manager.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and representing Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.
Requirements:
* A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle.
* Being physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilise Nestle's creative point of sale.
* Being proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
* Living within the designated Area.
* Being able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
