This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity
During this exciting time at Fortescue, with innovation projects changing the way we work in mining, we are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated professional to join the team as a Training Officer. You will be required to deliver training administrative support to the current training team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule training courses in LMS and Outlook
* Controlling and booking flights and accommodation through Workflow and FCM
* Controlling department mailbox and calendar
* Liaising with a wide range of customers at all levels
* Processing all required data and ensuring data integrity and quality control
* Preparing reports
* Raise purchase requisitions of goods and services from Fiori and SAP
* Organise, attend team meetings, and take minutes (onsite)
* Direct liaison with external agencies and external providers
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within the Mining environment
* Success Factors Learning Management System experience is essential
* SAMS & Workflow experience
* Intermediate level Excel
* Excellent organisational skills
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent Administrative skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent time management and scheduling skills
