The program is designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.During the 24-month program (roles are all permanent), all Livestock Trainees will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on the ground training, and have mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support.
As a part of our Livestock Career Development Program, you'll have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by our experienced livestock employees and leaders, learning effective selling and relationship building techniques.What to expect?

You may be required to or have the opportunity to move locations: all part of ensuring you get the most out of your experience with usBusiness skills – compliance, sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, understanding finance, problem solving and negotiation and leading and managing a team.Livestock skills – next generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements and emerging technology.Who are we looking for?
