As an Administration Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team that strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment for our residents and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include managing HR systems, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as business administration, frontline management and IT.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents and clients.
You will also require:
* A certificate or diploma in Business, Frontline Management or IT, or relevant experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work Monday to Friday
