Re'em Yarra Valley is a hatted 80-seat restaurant located at Helen & Joey Estate, delivering a unique dining experience that blends modern Australian cuisine with regional Chinese flavours inspired by the heritage of our owners, Helen and Joey.
Proudly awarded our first Chef's Hat and shortlisted for Regional Restaurant of the Year in 2024, Re'em also features a boutique 16-room hotel and cellar door, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Yarra Valley. We operate five days a week for lunch and two evenings for dinner, along with special events, offering guests a truly memorable destination experience.

* Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and care
* Work collaboratively within a passionate and professional team
* Contribute to menu development and daily service execution
* Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements
* Mentored by skilled chefs, building strong, lasting culinary skills
About You
* Relevant qualifications or experience within a professional kitchen (or a strong desire to begin your career as an apprentice)
* A genuine passion for food, learning, and the hospitality industry
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to grow
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
