About the role
We are looking for an experienced legal assistant to join our Gold Coast office on a permanent basis as an Assistant in our Dispute Resolution team.
Tasks and responsibilities
Document and file management.
Monthly billing, invoice processing and expense reconciliation.
Supporting the lawyers with drafting documents, quality assurance, debtor management and business development.
Proactive diary and email management.
Qualifications
Solid experience in a Legal Assistant role.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
Strong understanding of legal practice and document management systems such as NetDocs.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational ability.
Ability to build solid relationships with the team and clients.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
