Location and Terms
Sydney or Melbourne location.
$127,641 - $144,946 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
24-month or 36-month Fixed Term Contract positions

The Team
ASIC's Human Centred Design (HCD) Hub is an enterprise-wide service that creates evidence-based solutions aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
We collaborate across teams—including product owners, project managers, and enterprise services like Finance and People & Development—to deliver meaningful, user-focused outcomes.

The Role
ASIC is seeking two Business Process Improvement Analysts to work independently, with ASIC staff, to identify and implement process improvement initiatives across ASIC, utilising the HCD and BPI methodology and best practice business process improvement tools.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and reduce costs through better processes.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to document current and future process designs.
Help shape and refine BPI services within the HCD Hub through a test-and-learn approach.
Lead BPI-related projects or project components within the HCD Hub.
Manage tasks effectively to support ASIC's strategic goals and team plans.
Analyse data to uncover problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Qualifications / About You
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Systems, or process improvement.
Skilled in process mapping, analysis, and optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven project leadership and team collaboration experience.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methods.
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Quick to learn ASIC systems and emerging technologies.
Proficient in UML/BPMN for workflow and process mapping.
Clear communicator with data-driven decision support skills.
