Job Description:
Your Key Role:
* Provide authoritative guidance and strategic advice to senior executives on legislative, policy, and procedural matters.
* Prepare complex reports, submissions, briefs, and responses to correspondence from various stakeholders in accordance with the organization's records management systems.
* Support the development and capability of regional staff to ensure effective management of complaints, internal and external communications, community engagement, and interactions with government and non-government organizations.
* Manage enquiries and complaints in line with the organization's Customer Complaints Management Policy and procedure, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
