**About the Role**
The Head of Sales is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the company's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies.
You will:
- Manage Rezdy's current booking software sales team of five, located in Australia & New Zealand, to deliver great results.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering relationships with prospective clients.
- As part of the leadership team, you will align sales strategies with company objectives and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Work collaboratively with all teams, most importantly Onboarding, Account Management Team, Marketing & Product functions, as well as across the other brands and business lines.
**What you will do**
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to position the company effectively.
- Build and optimize outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth
Outbound Sales Expertise:
- Lead outbound sales efforts, including targeted outreach campaigns, cold prospecting, and leveraging sales tools to engage potential customers.
- Define and implement scalable outbound processes, ensuring a consistent approach to lead generation and pipeline management.
- Equip the sales team with the skills and resources necessary to excel in outbound sales, including training, scripts, and technology adoption.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Make your mark on our people:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Provide mentorship and performance management to ensure team success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Excel at working with other teams:
- Build strong relationships & work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the Rezdy & group business to deliver results & support others to deliver theirs.
- Ensuring the sales team works with onboarding to deliver rapid and best use of our software in their business
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Make Rezdy a success: - Performance Tracking:
- Define and Monitor KPIs: Establish clear performance metrics (e.g. revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Regularly track progress to align with business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Leverage analytics tools and CRM systems to assess sales trends, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement, including win/loss analysis and funnel optimization.
