Currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their large Property Management division, this is an opportunity to join a large national network. The Role: Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for join a streamline team with a large Property Management division and rent roll. Reporting into a fantastic Senior Property Manager with a plethora of experience, on a day to day basis you will be required to: Supporting a Senior Property Manager Liaising with Tenants Conduct open for inspections & private inspections Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections Conduct routine inspections Arrears control As hoc administration The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration Previous Real Estate experience A Valid Drivers License and Car Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus Outstanding written & oral communication skills About the Culture & Benefits: Utilizing the latest technology Work very closely with a very experienced Senior Property Manager with full training provided Fantastic Office Big Branded name Commissions on New Business and meeting group targets Excellent training and development implemented Monday – Friday position Role available due to growth!
