About the Role
As a Mobile Podiatrist, you will provide person-centred podiatry assessments and treatments to support clients in maintaining mobility, comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing within the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General foot and nail care
* Diabetic foot assessments and monitoring
* Corn and callus treatment
* Foot pain and mobility assessments
* Preventative foot care and skin integrity management
* Footwear advice and education
* Developing treatment plans and care goals
* Supporting clients under Home Care Packages, Support at Home, NDIS, and transitional care programs
* Liaising with families, care coordinators, nurses, and other allied health professionals
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records

Qualifications
* Bachelor qualification in Podiatry or equivalent
* Copy of relevant qualification/certification or degree
* Current AHPRA registration
* Current National Police Check
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Professional Indemnity Insurance with minimum cover of $5 million
* Full Australian working rights
Preferred Skills
* Experience working within community aged care, NDIS, rehabilitation, or transitional care settings
* Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Support at Home, and NDIS funding models
* Experience providing diabetic foot care and preventative foot health management
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
* Experience using electronic care management systems (preferred)
* Multilingual skills highly regarded
* Passion for person-centred and holistic care
